We were engaged by a private client to undertake full QS services from tender/contractor procurement through to agreement of the final account for the reconfiguration, extension and refurbishment of a large detached house in Hampstead.
The house was stripped back to bare brickwork and was upgraded to twenty-first century standards including a replacement roof, new services installation including air conditioning and new bespoke joinery throughout.
