Unlike most quantity surveying businesses we are keen to work for contractors and subcontractors and as most of our team are ex-contractors we understand the needs and requirements of those involved building the project.
We provide outsourced commercial services to contractors as and when they are needed. This could be acting as your commercial department running all aspects of your projects through to providing support when your existing team are stretched.
Project value is not important to us – over the past two years alone we have helped or produced tenders for contractors on projects ranging from £20,000 to £600,000,000. During that time for one of our regular subcontractor clients we have priced in excess of £100million worth of tenders along with providing full post contract QS services on over 20 projects for a rapidly expanding drylining and ceilings contractor.
